I am currently a PhD Student in Health Services Research in the Department of Health Services, Policy, and Practice at the Brown University School of Public Health. My research interests are in how new and alternative payment models, such as Accountable Care Organizations, Bundle Payments, and Medicare Advantage, perform in managing the care of the most high need and marginalized patient populations. I’m also interested in geographic structure of health systems, and the integration of the public health and medical care systems.
I work as an independent GIS and analytic consultant with Boston Children’s Hospital, and the Tufts University School of Medicine. Prior to my current academic program I worked as a project manager at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and completed my MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Tufts University School of Medicine.
